I can’t activate my KLEKT account
If you did not receive your activation e-mail, it is possible that it slipped into your spam folder. We would advise you to check your spam/junk mailbox in case the e-mail ended up in there.
If have not received your activation e-mail, feel free to contact our Customer Support team who will send you another.
I can’t link my PayPal account to my KLEKT account
Please check that the email address linked to both your PayPal and KLEKT account match. Your email addresses will need to match in order for us to link your account properly. Make sure that you have not already signed up with a different email address as your account set up will be delayed. If you have recently changed your PayPal email address, please ensure that your new address has been linked with your KLEKT account otherwise it will not work.
I can’t verify my account
On your profile page you will see four symbols for each method of verification. You can verify your account using:
- Mobile (SMS Verification Code)
- Address (Postal Verification Code)
How do I turn off the app notifications?
All notifications can only be switched off via the app. All you have to do is log into the App and selecting the Notifications icon followed by Settings.
Select the notifications you wish to turn off.
I have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password, you can click the "Forgot Password" button at the Log In section of the website. If you did not receive your Forgot Password e-mail, it is possible that it slipped into your spam folder. We would advise you to check your spam/junk mailbox in case the e-mail ended up in there.
How can I unsubscribe from the KLEKT newsletter?
If you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can select the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the email.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, you can do this by signing in to your account and scrolling to the bottom of your profile page, where you will find the button 'Delete my Account'
