How can I buy on KLEKT?
- Create and setup an account for free.
- Select the item(s) that you wish to buy.
- Sellers are immediately notified that the item/s they listed has been ordered and purchased.
- The Seller has 24 hours to confirm the order.
- On confirming, the Seller has 48 hours to ship the item to KLEKT.
- When the item arrives at the Fulfilment Centre, our team of professional authenticators thoroughly inspect the item, ensuring it meets our authentication criteria.
- Once the item successfully passes the authentication process, it is shipped to the Buyer. Every shipment includes a tracking code.

What payment method can I use to buy items on KLEKT?
Currently payments for purchases made on KLEKT are carried out via PayPal. However, we will be offering various payment methods very soon.
What shipping address is used for shipping item?
When ordering an item on KLEKT, we use the shipping address that is saved on your Paypal account or the billing address when using a payment method other than Paypal.
When you choose “Check out with PayPal” during the checkout process, we will automatically take the address that is saved to your PayPal account. Please make sure that the address is accurate and still relevant, as this will be the shipping address for your order.
Can my address be changed after making the purchase?
Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed once an order has been placed. It is important that Buyers ensure the correct address is provided on Paypal before confirming an order to make sure the item/s are received.
Can my order be cancelled after I have purchased an item?
Buyers are unable to cancel an order after payment is received, and as such we strongly recommend that all Buyers are sure about all purchases before placing an order.
There are occasions and instances when orders are cancelled by KLEKT. If for whatever reason an order is cancelled before it is completed, Buyers will always be notified and any payments that have been made will be fully refunded.
- If a Seller declines or fails to accept an order within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the Buyer will receive a full refund.
- If a Seller fails to ship an item within the 48 hours* window after accepting an order, the order is cancelled, and the Buyer will receive a full refund. The Seller will be subject to a penalty charge for failing to fulfil the order.
- If an item received into our fulfilment centre from a Seller and does not meet our authentication criteria (e.g. it is a replica/fake, worn or the item was not as described) the order is cancelled, and the buyer receives a full refund. The Seller can be subject to a penalty charge for failing to fulfil the order.
In any given situation a Buyer and their payment are always protected, and their money is safe.
*Weekends and bank holidays not included.
How long will it take until I receive my item?
Delivery times on average range between 2 - 7 business days* for Buyers to receive their orders. As soon as an item is purchased and confirmed, Sellers have 48 hours to ship the item to KLEKT. In special cases we allow Sellers additional time to process an order which can cause delays.
Delivery times in general depend on how quickly a Seller can prepare an order.
*Times may vary during holiday and peak periods.
Can I return my order once I have received it?
As all purchases are from private Sellers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items. Once a Buyer has placed an order and the Seller has been forwarded the proceeds of that sale, we are unable to recall those payments.
Buyers are advised to be 100% certain about the purchases which they make on KLEKT as all sales are final.
How can I check the status of my order on KLEKT?
Simply log into your KLEKT user account, view “My Order” go to the specific order and the Order Status will be visible.
What happens if the item from a seller is fake or does not meet the authentication criteria?
If an item does not successfully pass the authentication process, the order is cancelled, the Buyer is notified and refunded. The Seller is subject to a penalty. For peace of mind, Buyers are provided the protection of a team of professional authenticators to ensure all items are genuine and meet our minimum standards. In any given situation a Buyer and their money are always protected.
