There is no denying the popularity of Kanye West’s adidas Yeezy 350 V2. Since debuting in 2016, the low top silhouette has become a staple part of the sneaker community. With 24 colourways, the shoe is the most popular in the adidas Yeezy line. After last week’s regional exclusive drop, you would think that adidas and Yeezy would slow things down. However, news that the “Desert Sage” adidas Yeezy 350 V2 is dropping next month has kept the fire burning.
Taking inspiration from the classic MA-1 bomber jacket, the colourway is one of the strongest in this year’s Yeezy line up. A sage green Primeknit upper is contrasted with a reflective side stripe running across the lateral side. An orange sock liner helps contrast the green well, whilst rope laces compliment the shoe well.
Underneath all of this sits a semi-translucent midsole complete with the familiar adidas Boost technology. On this particular silhouette will notice the lack of a heel tab; an interchangeable detail that is absent on this sneaker.
Fans of the colourway can mark their calendars with a release date of March 14th.
