Ever since the adidas Yeezy Boost 380 was unveiled last year, the sneaker community has been hungry to see more of it. The initial “Alien” release satisfied some sneakerheads, though it sold out in record time. Since then, the introduction of the “Mist’ has served as a halfway house to more exciting drops. Now, after many delays, we finally have a confirmed release date for the upcoming Yeezy Boost 380 “Blue Oat.”
Featuring an orange and dark brown Primeknit upper, the earthy-toned sneaker plays on Kanye’s favoured colour palette. A pinkish sockliner brings the camo-like pattern together, working well with the natural tones of this sneaker. Of course, the most eye-catching detail on this Yeezy 380 is the prominent blue stripe across the side. The lightning blue bolt creates a signature detail not yet seen on a 380 model. Sitting atop a semi-translucent Boost midsole, this is one Yeezy you won’t want to miss.
